How to Set Up Dual Fuel Outage Notifications in MyAccount

1. Log into MyAccount
   Don't have MyAccount?
   • Register for MyAccount
2. Select “Alerts” at the top of the page
3. Under Other – Dual Fuel choose “Add”
4. To add an email address select  enter email address and click 
5. To add a phone number for text alerts select  enter phone number and click 
6. Click “Save Changes”

Repeat these steps to add additional email addresses or phone numbers.

How do I stop receiving DF outage notifications?

1. Log into MyAccount
2. Select “Alerts” at the top of the page
3. Under Other – Dual Fuel click the  next to the account number.
4. Select the email address or phone number you wish to remove from the notification list.
5. Click “Delete”
6. Click “Save Changes”
