Contest for the $25 bill credit begins April 1 and drawings will be held the last day of each month through Dec. 31, 2018.
Winners will be contacted and may be publicly announced on our Facebook page (with winner’s approval).
Winning customers must:
Register for MyAccount; AND
Select the EMAIL ONLY billing option (all other bill delivery methods are not eligible for the contest).
Customers who are already registered for MyAccount, but haven’t yet chosen the EMAIL ONLY option, are eligible for the contest once they login and select EMAIL ONLY.
Must be a customer of Superior Water, Light & Power at the time of the monthly drawing.
Customers with multiple accounts are only eligible to win one prize.
Only one winner per household (primary address) allowed during the duration of the contest.
Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the drawing.
Retirees of Superior Water, Light & Power/ALLETE are not eligible to win.
Winners will be randomly selected using an online tool from the pool of qualified candidates.
Winners will be contacted by phone and/or primary email listed on their MyAccount profile.
Winners will see the $25 bill credit on their bill the month following their name being drawn (i.e., if you’re a selected winner for April, the credit will appear on your May bill, unless the billing date has passed, in which case, the credit will appear on the June bill).
Winner must be over 18 years old.
Winners may be asked to sign a photo release as necessary.
