Bulk Fill Station
Superior Water, Light & Power built a Bulk Fill Station in Superior, WI to make quality potable water available for domestic and construction purposes. The Bulk Fill Station helps to reduce events associated with hydrant usage and its modern technology helps to minimize the risk of cross contamination.
Location
The Bulk Water Fill Station is located at the corner of 24th St and Grand Avenue in Superior, WI. It is just west of the city garage and accessible from Hill Ave.

What you need to get started
To ensure safe and secure access, you must first submit an application for service. An application must be completed prior to your first fill. At which point, an account will be created along with an access code and pin number. You can apply online, over the phone, or at one of our service locations.

Applying Over The Phone:
- Contact Superior Water Light & Power’s Customer Service Department at 715-394-2200, Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm
Applying In Person:
- Visit our main office at 2915 Hill Ave, Superior, WI 54880
- The office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm and closed on Wednesdays
Once your account is established you may go to the station and use your unique access/pin number to fill.
It is your responsibility to notify Superior Water, Light, & Power regarding any changes that need to be made to your account including deactivating pin numbers and access code.
Please make sure to keep your access and pin number confidential as you will be billed based on usage associated with that access and pin number. If you would like multiple access and pin numbers for each driver/truck, make sure to indicate that on your application.
How the Bulk Fill Station works
The Fill Station is equipped with one water dispensing connection. This connection is on the side of the filling station and is a 2 ½” male Fire Hose Thread Connection. The user will connect their hose to this connection and the other end to their tank and then draw water for their end use. The customer is required to provide their own hose for filling purposes.

Availability and Pricing
Superior Water, Light & Power’s Bulk Fill Station is available for use 24 hours per day, 7 days a week during the months of April through November.
There is an $18.25 fixed charge per month of usage. In addition there is a variable cost based on the amount used.
